Agreement and provider
These Terms of Service form an agreement between the customer and HALF ASSED MOTORSPORTS LLC, the operator of RisanPage. By creating an account or using the service, the customer agrees to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Customers must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement for themselves or their organization.
Acceptable use
Customers must not use RisanPage to violate law, impersonate others, publish unlawful or infringing material, send spam, bypass platform restrictions, interfere with service security, or access data without authorization.
Customers must review automated schedules, comments, and generated content before enabling them and remain responsible for actions performed through their workspace.
Customer content and responsibility
Customers retain their rights in content they upload or submit. They grant the provider a limited right to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support RisanPage.
Customers represent that they have the rights and permissions needed for their media, captions, comments, and other submitted material.
Accounts and security
Customers are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity performed through their account. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly to info@05hnhams.darksyntax.click.
Service availability
We work to keep RisanPage available and accurate, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Publishing and insight results may be affected by Meta, hosting providers, internet connectivity, rate limits, permissions, or other systems outside our control.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with platform requirements, or improve the service.
Suspension and termination
Customers may stop using the service, disconnect Facebook, or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, unlawful activity, or platform-policy requirements.

Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RisanPage is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or guaranteed publishing outcomes. The provider is not responsible for changes or enforcement actions made by Meta or other third-party services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Michigan and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
